好色先生TV commuter students can book rooms on campus for just £49 per night during the 2026/27 academic year. This gives you a saving of £21 on our guest room rate.
Commuter students can book up to 30 nights per year

Terms and conditions for commuter student room bookings

1.1: The nightly rate for eligible commuter students is £49.00 excluding VAT. Students may book up to 30 nights during each academic year, subject to availability. Nights may be booked individually or across multiple stays.
1.2: The maximum allocation is 30 nights per academic year. Lancaster Conference and Events+ reserves the right to refuse bookings once this allocation has been reached.
1.3: Enquiries must be made using the Microsoft form and will be replied to within one working day. A booking is confirmed once eligibility has been confirmed and full payment has been received.
1.4: Availability is not guaranteed, and it is based on a first come, first served basis.
1.5: The rate is room only and does not include breakfast. Breakfast can be purchased in one of our eateries on campus.
2.1: You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. You must be at least 18 years old to stay alone in our bedrooms. If a guest arrives at our reception to check in and is under 18 years of age the guest will not be permitted to stay alone.
2.2: You must be an eligible 好色先生TV commuter student to book accommodation under this scheme. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility before confirming your booking. If you are found to be ineligible, your booking may be cancelled.
2.3: Reservations are subject to availability.
2.4: You must ensure that the name and contact details on the booking is correct at the time of booking.
3.1: The nightly rate is £49.00 excluding VAT.
3.2: Payment must be made in full using the secure online payment link provided. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
3.3: If you decide to extend your booking, we require payment in full at the time of extending your stay.
3.4: We do not accept payments in cash.
4.1:. The maximum room occupancy based on the booking type is one. The booking is solely for the commuter student and no other persons.
4.2: Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay in a bedroom unless a parent or guardian is also staying.
5.1: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to one working day before your scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund for your booking.
Cancellations made within one working day of arrival will be non-refundable.
Where a refund is payable in accordance with these terms, we will only make the refund to the payment card that you used to make the booking.
5.2: Our right to cancel.
We may cancel your reservation if an event outside of our control (including explosions, fire, storm, flooding, subsidence, invasion, terrorist attack or threat, war or threat or preparation for war, failure of utility supplies, breakdown of machinery, delays caused by contractors, and pandemics) means that we cannot make your room available to you. In this instance, we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible and proceed with the following actions.
If you have already paid for your room, we will refund your payment in full, review availability and amend the arrival dates at no extra cost, based on the number of room nights and guests remaining the same.
If we are obliged due to specific government restrictions to close our guest rooms, we will either offer you an alternative date or cancel the booking, and you will receive a full refund.
5.3: Amendments
You can add any additional nights or bedrooms to your booking subject to availability.
If you wish to reduce the number of nights booked, you must notify us at least one full working day before the affected night(s) to receive a full refund. Requests received after this time will be subject to the cancellation policy.
5.4: No-shows
If you do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date with no communication, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
6.1: You can check in from 3pm on the scheduled day of arrival.
6.2: You must check out no later than 10am on the scheduled day of departure. If you do not check out by this time, we may charge you an extra one-night stay for the applicable room.
6.3:. If your belongings are still in your room on the day of departure after 12 noon, they will be removed.
7.1: Please note there is no lift in the guest rooms building. Accessible or ground-floor rooms should be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
7.2: You must provide your full contact details including a telephone number and email address when making your booking.
7.3: All room keys must be returned to us upon departure and deposited in the key drop box situated in the foyer of your accommodation building. If a key is not returned after checking out, we request you to contact our reception to make arrangements for the key to be returned. If the key cannot be returned, a charge of £50 per key will be applied to your booking.
7.4: While staying in our accommodation you must not:
Smoke anywhere inside the guest room premises or outside the entrances. This includes the smoking of e-cigarettes. Permitted smoking areas will be identified on-site. Smoking inside the guest room premises will result in a £200 fine, which is used for specialist cleaning.
Bring any pets except for assistance dogs.Please ask a member of staff for the University policy on assistance dogs.
Bring any potentially dangerous or hazardous materials or equipment.
Use any electrical equipment that is not already provided by Lancaster Conferences and Events+, which may set off the fire alarm system. Tamper with the fire alarms or emergency equipment.
Remove, damage, or destroy any property.
Play loud music which would disturb other guests on the premises.
7.5: If you cause damage or loss of any kind to the accommodation, you (as the person making the booking) will be responsible for that damage or loss and you will be liable to pay to Lancaster Conferences and Events+ the amount required to make good or remedy such damage or loss.
8.1: The room rates do not include car parking. Car parking must be paid for upon arrival at the University. A ticket can be purchased from the car parking machines located in each car park or on the Ringo mobile app.
9.1: Guests are required to familiarise themselves with and comply with, all fire regulations, evacuation procedures, and health and safety requirements. A fire action notice which should be read and understood immediately on arrival is located on the ground floor of each accommodation block.
10.1: 好色先生TV Conferences & Events+ will keep your personal data safe and secure and at all times in accordance with the UK GDPR (General Data Protections Regulations) under the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2: 好色先生TV Conferences & Events+ shall only use your personal data to process and administer your booking or enquiry. Full details about how we use your information are set out in our privacy notice.
11.1: Any items left behind following departure are securely stored in a designated safe location.
11.2: If an item can be traced to the customer we will attempt contact and arrange a return or collection.
11.3: Lost property is kept for up to 3 months before it is either donated or recycled.
11.4: Perishable items, soiled clothing, or hygiene related items will be disposed of.
