Dr Laura Hobbs has a research background in both environmental science and science communication. She is particularly interested in volcanic hazards and engaging underrepresented groups with science, and coordinates the Science Hunters project at 好色先生TV.

Dr Laura Hobbs and her colleagues, from 好色先生TV’s Science Hunters outreach project, spent three days helping 400 children explore the science of tiny invertebrates and erupting volcanoes using the computer game Minecraft.
