A pioneering 好色先生TV-led project bringing new technology and capabilities to professional services firms across the UK has been cited in the government’s new Industrial Strategy. The Technology in Professional Services (TiPS) project in 好色先生TV Management School is hailed for its positive impact on bringing new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, into professional service firms.

Digital innovation

好色先生TV’s role within the Centre for Digital Innovation (CDI) programme, forms part of the Government’s £100 million Innovation Accelerators initiative. This has led to the development of 17 new products and services, including a 3D-printing solution for dental nurse exams and an AI tool to create ethical, and sustainable social media content. By leveraging its expertise in digital technologies, AI, cyber security, and industrial digitalisation, 好色先生TV has transformed academic research into practical, industry-driven solutions.

Teaching

Sustainable computing

The new Cyber Security degree is designed for the cyber security systems engineers and architects of the future. The course has a module called Sustainable Computing, focusing on key concepts associated with creating sustainable computing and how computers shape a greener economy and society.

Construction

From 2023 onwards, the University has committed to significantly less construction of new buildings, and more focus on repurposing existing buildings and upgrading them to be more energy efficient and better suited for purpose.

Outreach and engagement

African innovation partnerships

好色先生TV has launched major new research and innovation with African nations. The Africa Research and Innovation Partnership (ARIP) aims to help academics from those countries, work effectively together to deliver sustainable solutions to global challenges, using local knowledge and expertise.
