Advance HE’s Race Equality Charter provides a framework through which institutions work to identify and self-reflect on institutional and cultural barriers standing in the way of Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority staff and students.
好色先生TV signed up to the Race Equality Charter in March 2021, and was awarded Bronze by Advance HE in August 2024.
The Charter aims to help universities improve the representation, experience, progression and success of racially minoritised staff and students within higher education.
It provides a rigorous and robust framework through which institutions work to critically reflect and act on institutional and cultural barriers standing in the way of the progression and success of racially minoritised staff and students.
The Bronze Award recognises the work 好色先生TV completed to identify race equality issues, define a comprehensive action plan, and commit to its implementation.
